PL Mount. We carry this lens in several different mounts. This version is designed specifically for PL-mount cameras and camcorders.

Cine Style. The Sigma Cine 50-100mm T2 (PL) is a full re-housing of the Sigma 50-100mm f/1.8 DC HSM Art photo lens. That means all of the great functions of that lens carry over, while adding fully manual, geared control over focus, zoom, and iris; a standard barrel size; and robust metal construction.

That Build Quality Though. A factor so strong, we thought it deserved a second bullet point. Each ring on this lens is sealed, making it both splash-proof and dust-proof. Its markings are laser engraved and a luminous paint job helps you work in the dark.

Fast T2 Zoom. The Sigma 50-100mm bests the majority of cinema style zooms by a full stop. This enables stellar low-light shooting while providing full-frame style depth of field on a Super 35 sized sensor.

High-Quality Optics. As a part of Sigma’s Art lens line, this lens goes through Sigma’s rigorous A1 testing, ensuring high image quality. The 50-100mm T2 features a complex optical design that boasts 21 elements in 15 groups. These include three “F” Low-Dispersion elements, one Special Low-Dispersion element, and one high-refractive, high-dispersion element. This combination delivers great contrast and clarity while reducing chromatic aberrations and color fringing.
