The Voigtlander 17.5mm f/0.95 Nokton is a fast-aperture lens designed for use with Micro 4/3-mount cameras and camcorders. Key features include:
Excellent image quality
Ultra-fast aperture
Selective aperture-control system
Manual-focus design for precision adjustments
Ultra-Fast Aperture. The Voigtlander 17.5mm f/0.95 Nokton’s 35mm focal length (post sensor-crop factor) gives shooters an ultra-fast aperture lens for low-light shooting and extreme subject-background separation.
Manual Aperture and Focus. This lens features a stepless aperture ring and a smooth manual-focus ring that make it great for video shooting. Its selective aperture-control system lets you silently and continuously change the aperture, while the manual-focus ring allows for precision adjustments. It has a 5.9-inch minimum focusing distance.
Optics and Build. The nine-group/thirteen-element design incorporates an aspherical element to combat chromatic aberration and distortion, and to provide crisp images. Its ten-blade aperture produces excellent bokeh in your images’ out-of-focus areas.
