Image Quality On A Budget. The SmallHD INDIE 7 Touchscreen On-Camera Monitor’s 1000 cd/m² display is daylight viewable while keeping black levels black. The 10-bit touchscreen panel uses IPS LCD tech for great color reproduction and contrast with full coverage of the Rec709 colorspace.

HDMI & SDI Inputs & Outputs. The Indie 7 supports both HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs and outputs with cross-convertion between them. 3G-SDI format support maxes out at 1080/120i and 1080/60p in 10-Bit 4:2:2. HDMI format support maxes out at 1080/60p in 16-bit 4:4:4 color. Audio is transferred through both 3G-SDI and HDMI, with a 1/8-inch stereo out to monitor audio via headphones (not included).

Feature-Rich PageOS 4 Toolset. Expanded options include the output of 3D LUT previews to downstream devices, image capture, overlays, custom scaling, anamorphic desqueeze, peaking, false color, Waveform, Zebras, RGB parade, histogram, and on-screen audio meters. An SD card slot lets you add custom LUTs, and save and share settings to other monitors. Please note that this rental doesn’t include an SD card.

Power Options. This SmallHD Cine 7 monitor includes a dual Sony L-series (NP-F) style battery plate. The monitor also features a threaded barrel connector for AC power.

Module Talk. The Teradek Bolt 6 1500 TX Monitor Module allows you to wirelessly control your cinema camera from a SmallHD Cine 7, Indie 7, or 702 Touch monitor from up to 1500-feet away, while still transmitting up to 4K video. A monitor is required to enable this device & is compatible with all Bolt 4K receivers with guaranteed zero delay using the 5 GHz band. Although compatible, it does requires a Bolt 6 device to transmit over the 6 GHz band. The receiver module also supports the Bolt app for iOS or Android that easily connects via bluetooth, which both provide a spectrum analyzer, channel selection tools, and remote configuration.

Simultaneous Receiving. The Bolt 6 module can simultaneously transmit to up to six receivers, and it features improved metadata, range, and compatibility over previous Bolt 4K transmitters. Built-in AES-256 encryption and RSA 1024 key pairing protects your video from prying eyes, while noise rejection keeps your video clean no matter how many devices are using the wireless spectrum.

Power Trip. This module is fueled using the 2-pin DC power input or with a separately available battery plate. It runs on PageOS 5, the same software running on the monitors, for compatibility with the SmallHD monitors. The camera control option requires a specific camera control license to be purchased separately.
