The Profoto Air Remote TTL-F Transmitter for Fuji is a proprietary trigger designed for strobes that support the Profoto Air System. Key features include:
Full TTL control from compatible Fuji cameras
Eight frequency channels for radio triggering
High-Speed Sync Mode for faster shutter speeds
Digital light-setup readout; physical buttons
Profoto Air System. The Air Remote uses this radio-frequency system, which is built into lights like the Profoto B1, Profoto B1X 500 AirTTL 1-Light To-Go Kit, B2 250 Air TTL To-Go Kit, B2 250 Air TTL Location Kit, and the D2 500Ws AirTTL Monolight.
Full TTL Control. This remote gives you fully automated control of compatible Profoto strobes with compatible Fuji cameras.
Radio Triggering. You get eight frequency channels to choose from, with three groups per channel. It offers a range of up to 330 feet when triggering via TTL, but normal manual triggering extends that range to 1,000 feet. Each channel has a power ratio adjustment of +/- 2 stops; however, if you’re manually adjusting output, you get a full +/- 9 stops of power variation.
High-Speed Sync Mode. This remote’s High-Speed Sync (HSS) Mode lets you shoot at shutter speeds as fast as 1/8,000 of a second, and helps you to control ambient light and freeze action. You can enable HSS Mode with the press of a button.
Build. The Air Remote slides into and is triggered by your Fuji camera’s hot shoe. There’s a digital readout of your light setup, and a variety of physical buttons for making adjustments. It’s powered by two AAA batteries, which aren’t included with this rental.
Can I use lithium batteries in this remote?
