Full-Frame to Super 35 Adapter. The Canon EF-EOS R 0.71x Mount Adapter lets you use almost any Canon EF or EF-S mount lens on Canon RF-mount cine and mirrorless cameras. It’s intended for cameras with Super 35 sensors, like the EOS C70, and incorporates an optical system that increases the effective angle of view by 0.71×. This reduces the effects of a full-frame to Super-35 crop factor and increases the maximum aperture performance by one stop.

Electronic Communication. This adapter provides electronic communication between the camera and lens, supports metadata transmission, and lets you use Dual-Pixel Autofocus with select Canon EF lenses.
