Up to 8K Optical Performance. The Canon Cine-Servo 15-120mm T2.95-3.9 EF offers 8K optical performance that corrects for chromatic aberrations and reduces ghosting and flaring. It’s compatible with Super 35mm and full-frame sensors, and it produces the warm color balance and beautifully rendered skin tones and textures that you’ve come to expect from the Cinema EOS line.

Broadcast Standard Interface. The Canon Cine-Servo 15-120mm T2.95-3.9 EF features the same 12-pin camera interface for power and serial data as found on regular Canon broadcast lenses. It also has three 20-pin connectors below its servo so that you can connect a system to collect 16-bit virtual image data.

Motorized Zoom. This lens features an ENG-style hand grip with a zoom rocker. Power is provided by a 12-pin Hirose connector. This servo-drive unit is compatible with industry-standard lens controllers for full zoom, focus, and iris control. Its 16-bit Cooke /i Technology and ZEISS eXtended Data metadata output means you can integrate it into studio systems, and you can remove the servo drive entirely if you’re shooting in a cinema style.

Cinema Construction. This lens was designed with professional production needs as its top priority. It has an 11-blade stepless aperture that produces smooth, pleasing bokeh, while its knurled focus ring features 180° rotation and includes dual film-industry 0.8 & 0.5 pitch gears for focus, zoom, and iris control. Its built-in 1.5x extender increases its standard 15-120mm zoom range to 22.5-180mm for telephoto shooting.
