Full-Frame EF Mount. The Venus Optics Laowa Ranger 16-30mm T2.9 FF Cine Zoom (EF) is designed for use on EF-mount cameras. Its 43.2mm image circle will cover full-frame and Super 35mm sensors.

Advanced Optical Design. This lens’s 18-group/22-element optical design allows you to capture sharp, detailed images throughout its focal length, and its eleven-blade aperture gives you pleasing circular bokeh and a unique wide and shallow depth of field.

Professional-Grade Cinema Housing. The aperture, focus, and zoom rings all boast standard 0.8 mod gears so that you can easily install a follow-focus system. The 100° zoom and focus rotation ensures precision movement, and the 42° aperture rotation allows for exacting depth-of-field control. This lens’s relatively lightweight and compact design means you can use it for hand-held shooting, and on gimbals, shoulder rigs, car rigs, and more.

Uniform Design. All of the Laowa Ranger lenses have uniform gear positions so that you can switch among different focal lengths with ease, while their standard 80mm front diameters and 77mm filter threads let you use common matte boxes and filters.
