Versatile ND Filter. The Moment 77mm Variable ND Filter (2-5 Stop) mounts to lenses with 77mm front filter threads and lets you easily reduce exposure from 2 to 5 stops by simply rotating its outer ring. Its 0.6 to 1.5 density darkens the entire image, making it perfect for times when you aren’t sure how bright the light may be. It’s particularly useful for shooting snow, white beaches, waterfalls—any situation in which you may want a longer exposure, and it definitely beats carrying around a whole mess of individual ND filters.

High-Quality Optics and Design. This filter is constructed from Schott B270 glass for true-to-life color fidelity and clarity. Each of its glass surfaces is treated with a fifteen-layer oil-, static-, and scratch-resistant coating, which also combats reflections, ghosting, and other aberrations. The front ring has side knurling and lines representing different density values, which help you quickly and precisely mark your spot. By design, the front ring won’t rotate beyond the filter’s range of stop values.
