We rent the Triad-Orbit OM Desktop Tripod Boom Stand primarily as a desk top mic mounting solution for voiceover or podcast applications and products like the RODEcaster Pro Podcast Studio. The heavy tripod base and ball adjustable boom keep microphone placement secure and precise.

Quick Release Coupler. The boom arm attaches with a proprietary IO quick-change coupler for fast attachment of Triad-Orbit IO accessories without the need to unscrew anything.

Compact for Travel. The stand folds and breaks down into its base components for easier travel and storage.

The Electro-Voice RE320 Dynamic Studio Mic comes with a wonderful shock mount, we recommend it. We do not include a mic clip, because no one mic clip will work for every mic. Our recommended microphones will come with their own clip, but if you’re using your own mic, you’ll need to source your own clip or shock mount.
