Extremely Compact Wide-Angle Prime. The Leica 18mm f/2.8 ASPH Elmarit-TL is a wide-angle prime designed for APS-C format Leica L-mount cameras, on which it’ll provide a 27mm-equivalent focal length. Its ultra-compact, 0.8-inch thick form factor makes it ideal for everyday shooting.
Advanced Optics. The 18mm f/2.8 ASPH Elmarit-TL’s six-group/eight-element design includes four aspherical elements that minimize aberrations and distortion to provide maximum sharpness and clarity at any focus distance.
Built-In Autofocus. This lens’s autofocus system provides fast, quiet, and accurate performance. It also offers full-time manual-focus override with an 11.8-inch minimum focusing distance.
