Bright Wide-Angle Prime. With a focal length equivalent to 20mm after sensor-crop factor, the Hasselblad XCD 25mm f/2.5 V is a superb lens for street photography, indoor portraiture, nightscapes, and astrophotography. Its 9.8-inch minimum focusing distance lets you get crisp, detailed close-ups.

Linear Stepping Autofocus Motor. The XCD 25mm includes an internal autofocusing system for fast, accurate performance. You can manually override the autofocus at any time for even greater precision.

Improved Leaf Shutter. This lens’s built-in leaf shutter is more compact than the ones found in previous Hasselblad lenses. It’s capable of shutter speeds up to 1/2000 of a second and can enable flash sync at all shutter speeds.

Compact Optical Design. The XCD 25mm f/2.5 V’s ten-group/thirteen-element optical formula includes four aspherical elements and three Extra-Low Dispersion elements that combine to provide high sharpness and color accuracy while combating aberration and distortions.

Build Quality. Hasselblad has designed the XCD lenses to pair perfectly with the X1D and X2D camera systems. It has a compact form factor, an all-metal design with engraved distance scales, internal focusing, and a customizable lens-control ring.
