The Macbook will arrive with the default apps. Log in with your own Apple Account to install new or previously purchased apps.

Can I reinstall macOS on this computer?

No. If you attempt to downgrade or reinstall macOS, you’ll be locked out of this computer. If that happens, we won’t be able to help you remotely.
All MacBooks will ship with the latest macOS software available, and we are unable to ship computers with older versions of macOS.

How do I remove my personal information from this device?

We wipe all user data between rental periods but you can manually log out of any apps and services, clear your cache, etc. as you see fit.

I don't want the AI features. Can I turn them off?
