The MX-LMount sled from Sound Device holds two hot-swappable Sony L-series type lithium-ion batteries, such as a Hawk Woods L Series Battery, and is compatible with the MixPre-3 II, MixPre-6, and the MixPre-10 II or 10T recorders. You can use one or two batteries at a time.
It does not. NP-F batteries are available separately.
