Full-Frame E-mount. As a part of the FE line of lenses, the Sony FE 20mm f/1.8 G is designed to cover the full-frame sensors on Sony a7 / a9 series cameras. Since it’s an E-mount lens, it’s also fully compatible with their crop-frame, APS-C cameras that feature an E-mount.

You’ll get a 30mm focal length.

Advanced Optics. The FE 20mm f/1.8’s twelve-group/fourteen-element optical design incorporates two advanced aspherical elements and three extra-low dispersion elements to produce sharp, clear images. The lens’s nine-blade aperture diaphragm gives images smooth out-of-focus areas when you desire a shallow depth of field, while the Nano AR Coating reduces color fringing and aberrations

Durable, Compact Build. This lens’s durable, dust- and moisture-resistant construction and rubberized control rings mean you can use it in adverse conditions without worry. The front element has a fluorine coating to protect it from debris and smearing. You can de-click the physical aperture ring for smooth, silent aperture switching that’s ideal for video applications.
