More Power. The Nikon MB-D16 lets you use an additional EN-EL15 battery to double the camera’s battery life. One battery is in the camera, while the other is in this grip.
Added Stability This grip offers a more stable and secure hold on the D750, making it easier to hand-hold at lower shutter speeds.
Improved Ergonomics. The MB-D16 also serves as a vertical grip, making it popular with portrait and event photographers. It adds an additional shutter-release button, an AE/AF lock button, a multi-selector, and main- and sub-command dials.
