Your Production. Untethered. The Cosmo C1 SDI/HDMI Wireless Video Transmission System from Hollyland allows you to wirelessly transmit high-resolution video up to 1080p60 over long distances, allowing flexible video monitoring and distribution for your studio or field production. This kit consists of a transmitter and a receiver.

Secure Wireless Transmission. The Cosmo C1 can transmit video up to 1000 feet line-of-sight with a low 40 ms latency using the HEVC/H.265 codec. The system operates on the 5 GHz frequency band and uses AES-128 encryption to prevent video leakage. It also supports smart channel selection, allowing the system to choose the cleanest channel for transmission.

Seamless Streaming. The Cosmo C1 uses HEVO technology to ensure uninterrupted transmission, combatting interference, flickering, and black screens by hopping frequencies when necessary to ensure flawless streaming. When connected to a computer via USB-C, the C1 can stream 1080p video without requiring any additional hardware.

Can this system be fueled through a power bank?

No, it is not recommended to use a power bank with this system.
According to the Cosmo FAQ Page, when you use this system with a power bank, the power bank’s voltage and current will deplete quickly.
The Cosmo system requires 5V 2A charging current and voltage.

How many Cosmo sets can I use simultaneously?

Hollyland recommends using no more than four pairs of Cosmo C1s in one space. They recommend keeping receivers 0.5m from one another at an optimal height of 1.7m.

Can the C1 transmitter cross covert an HDMI signal to SDI for a looped output?

No. While the transmitter can take either an HDMI or SDI input signal, it can only directly loop out if the input signal is SDI.

How is this thing powered?

The Cosmo C1 has a range of power options- via the included AC adapter, a USB-C cable, or an L-Series battery like the Hawk-Woods DV-F990.

Can a receiver use both HDMI and SDI simultaneously?

Yes. Both HDMI and SDI can be used at the same time.

How many receivers can be used with one transmitter?
