High-Quality Construction. We stock standard consumer-grade circular polarizing filters, but for those wanting the absolute best quality, we stock Heliopan Slim-Line filters. They’re made from the highest-quality Schott glass; ground, polished, and coated to the highest standards of the German optical industry. They boast a single-layer coating on their front and rear sides.

Very Slim Filter. These filters are made of black anodized brass stock and have so little rim in front of the lens (5.4mm) that they will not vignette with lenses as short as 21mm. You can’t mount a second filter or clip-on lens cap to the front of the filter.

Please Note: These are rather expensive and delicate filters. If taken into harsh conditions, like blowing sand, they will scratch and pit and we will charge you for the replacement when the filter returns. We understand a small hairline scratch may occur and don’t consider that your fault, but a badly scratched filter is useless.
