Dual Operator Mode. The DJI Inspire 2 Remote Controller is a wireless control device for Inspire 2 drones, and when rented alongside an Inspire 2 drone package, enables dual operator mode for finer control of flight path and camera movement. Every controller can operate in both master and slave configurations at up to 300 ft from each other.

Drone Control From 4.3 Miles. The Inspire 2 Remote Controller simultaneously sends control signals and receives video-transmission signals at up to 4.3 miles with ideal line of sight. This controller lets you choose between 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequencies so that you can avoid interference and eliminate image lag. DJI reports this as the maximum distance with ideal line-of-sight conditions, so your literal mileage may vary.

HDMI Output. This controller features a full size HDMI output for sending video to external monitors, third party FPV headsets, and live video transmitters.

How is this remote controller powered?

The DJI Inspire 2 Remote Controller has an internal battery that’s rated for about 4 hours of continuous use.
Since we’re renting this remote controller for dual-operator use with the DJI Inspire 2 Premium Combo w/ Zenmuse X5S and Inspire 2 w/ Zenmuse X4S, we do not include a charger with the rental of this remote. However, if you’re renting either of the full Inspire 2 kits from us, one will come bundled with that product.
