Featuring full optical and handling upgrades, these lenses open up a world of creativity and more accurate workflows. Now with a faster T1.9 maximum aperture, redesigned lens elements and optical design, and enhanced distortion control, each move you make is met with precise, stable imagery.

Optics and Elements. Crafted from precision-polished aspherical elements with multi-layer nano coatings, the VESPID PRIME II line captures imagery with spectacular resolution, suppressed chromatic aberration, and minimal reflections. Its 10-blade aperture produces round, pleasing bokeh, and its 46.5mm image circle allows use on large-format cameras while maintaining almost no focus breathing.

Cinema Design. The VESPID PRIME II’s cine-style aperture and focusing rings boast standard 0.8 mod gears so that you can easily install a follow-focus system, lens motor, or lens-control system. Its 80mm front diameter lets you use almost any cine-style matte box. It boasts a generous 65° of iris rotation and an extended 300° smooth focus throw.
