Our shipping partners, UPS and FedEx, are experiencing a tremendous stress on their system due to recent weather events across the country and delays in transit are more common than ever. We recommend at least a 1-day buffer when setting up your rental order to avoid having a delay impact your shoot. If a delay does occur, you’ll get the same great service from us as we’ll be more than happy to adjust your rental period accordingly.
