Canon 14L II
Canon’s widest prime lens is a beautiful specimen for ultra-wide landscape & interior photography. Color and contrast are excellent, like all of the Canon L primes. This lens is wayyyyy optically improved over the previous 14L version I, this lens is sharp! One big thing to note about this lens, is the filter situation. Due to the sexy front element popping out the front of the lens, it is not possible to use traditional filters. The 14L II will accept gelatin filters through a rear slot, but you’re on your own with those, we don’t stock them. The 14L II is THE lens of choice for steadicam work for the ease of achieving hyper-focal distance.
