Primes are awesome! We love primes. And we love fast portrait lenses. We love this lens. It's not quick to focus but the image quality is wonderful and shooting at f/2 is so cool! It's a great alternative to the Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 VR II as it's much smaller and lighter, yet a stop faster.
