The Nikon 10-24 lens was made to be an ultra wide angle lens for crop bodies such as the Nikon D7000/D7100. Being a DX lens, it is not suggested for full frame cameras. For those of you looking for a great ultra wide angle landscape lens on a crop body, this is your best bet. It's not heavy and quite sharp.
